A simple trick to boost your self-confidence!

I want to tell you a story from my own life, a method I use when I feel stuck. In this article I will share a simple and effective way to gain confidence in yourself and help you believe that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Because I know you can, and I want to help you get there!


So, a while ago I decided that I will go running three times a week to stay healthy and to get more energy. I decided and I am determined to stick to my decision.
The thing is that the other day I didn’t feel like running at ALL. My legs felt like they were filled with lead the whole time, but I still did it.

Now, am I telling you this to brag and make myself look good – Absolutely not!
Am I telling you this to help you get motivated – Absolutely!

The fact is that I do not love running, but I do love the benefits it has on my health.

What I also love about it is the self-confidence it gives me when I see myself doing what I’ve put my mind to. Even on days that I don’t feel like it.
When I successfully execute the plan I’ve made for myself it empowers me, and I get more and more confident that I can achieve anything I set my mind to, big or small.

So, my advice to you is this.

If you feel stuck and disappointed with yourself for not being where you want to be in life, if you have lost confidence I your ability to change and make progress in a certain area – then start making a plan for something totally different that will be easier to stick with. It can be as easy as drinking a glass of water once every hour, going to bed at a certain time or taking a walk once a week. Whatever you feel you would benefit from and doesn’t feel like too big of a challenge for you.

When you see that you are capable of making a change for the better in one area, it will boost your self-confidence and make it easier for you to move on to the next, maybe bigger, issue you want to tackle.
